ARE WE READY TO FACE TOMORROW

ARE WE READY TO FACE TOMORROW  ???

Today we are living in 21st century, the age of science and technology. The progress in technology is so fast in the greed of getting something new. The man has stopped thinking about the future. He is making use of non renewable resources about the limits without thinking that this can affect the coming generations. Environmental pollution is at the heart of our planet. The people like us encourage the industries to produce more and more electronic gadgets. Due to this, greedy industries are playing their polluted pranks of polluting the earth with electronic waste.

The upcoming generations will be affected badly due to our carelessness. One morning their will remain no option for us rather than travelling in bicycles and in bullock carts because of no fuels left. The increasing pollution has made holes in ozone layer, due to which the ultraviolet rays enters the earth surface.

Then, who is responsible for all this??? Of course we. So we have the responsibility to take quick and immediate action against this. We should be eco-friendly. We should plant more and more trees instead of cutting them. We should make less use of electronic gadgets. We should stop using plastic and try to educate others about the hazards of pollution. We should make more use of solar energy

After doing all this our next generation will be safe. Then and only then we will be able to come out of such engulfing darkness.

SO BE READY TO FACE

TOMORROW !!!

We celebrated August 29 as a National Sports Day in India. This day marks the birthday of the hockey player Dhyan Chand, who won gold medals for India in year 1928, 1932 and 1936.

Speech On The Teacher's Day

Good morning to the respected teachers and my dear colleagues. We are here today to celebrate a most honorable occasion of Teachers day. Myself Somanshu Mahajan studying in class Fifth A. I would like to speech on the occasion of Teachers Day.
Teacher’s day is celebrated all across the India every year on 5th of September to pay tribute to the teachers. There is a great reason behind the celebration of teacher’s day on 5th of September, is the birthday of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan.
He was a great person and highly devoted towards the education. He was well known as the scholar, diplomat, Vice President of India, President of India and most importantly the Teacher.
After his selection as the Indian President in 1962, he told that, instead of celebrating 5th of September as my personal birthday, it would be better if it is dedicated to the whole teaching profession. And 5th of September should be celebrated as teacher’s day all over India to pay honor to the teaching profession.
We celebrate this event in their own way by presenting their favorite teachers a colorful flower, teachers day cards, gifts, e-greeting cards, message etc to respect and admire them.
Teacher’s day celebration is a wonderful opportunity for all the students to do something for their teachers in their respect and honor.
I always would be grateful to my all teachers in my life.
Thank You

My favourite Plant

The one plant that you are guaranteed to find in my home is Tulsi. You will find the Tulsi plant in many Indian homes, as it is considered to be an auspicious plant that brings health, wealth, and prosperity. I will also let you know that Tulsi is my favorite plant.

Tulsi plant radiates positive energy and purifies the environment from any negativity that may be around. I love Tulsi because of all of its healing properties.

One of the easiest home remedies for a cough is Tulsi. For any kind of cough, drink Tulsi tea. Boil one cup of water with about 3 to 4 fresh Tulsi leaves and drink the tea at least 4 times a day and it will cure the worst of coughs. Fresh leaves work best, but dry leaves are fine as well. Tulsi has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. Tulsi improves digestion and is especially good for the colon. It is also an excellent herb for the nervous system and all autoimmune diseases, as Tulsi promotes and enhances the functioning of Ojas. Tulsi is one of the most potent, sattwic plant.

Essay on Usual Person

My friend is a very interesting character. Caring, considerate, funny and crazy are just s few word I could use to describe my friend. Each day is exciting and interesting when it is spent with him. My friend Ruchita, is by far the most unusual person I know

Ruchita is very playful. He often reminds me of a little kid. I think the most attractive aspect of him is his ability to laugh and have fun. Ruchita does not let me tease him without getting back at me, and most of the time it is twice the payback. Sometimes If I am in the bathroom getting ready for the day and he is in the shower, he will toss handfuls of water out at me. I act like it bothers me but in actuality I think it is wonderful. He also thinks that he is a pro wrestler and I am his opponent. I never win of course, but it is fun trying. Ruchita also knows that I am very jumpy and I can be scared easily. Because he has this information he often hides behind the corner only to jump out and scare me when I walk by, it works every time.

Ruchita is by far the most unusual person I know. But, to me that is wonderful. How much fun is it to be with people who are all the same? Everyday is very exciting with a friend like Ruchita.

Seven Wonders of World

Great Wall of China
The Great Wall of China is a series of fortifications made of stone, brick, tamped earth, wood, and other materials, generally built along an east-to-west line across the historical northern borders of China in part to protect the Chinese Empire or its prototypical states against intrusions by various nomadic groups or military incursions by various warlike peoples or forces. Several walls were being built as early as the 7th century BC;[3] these, later joined together and made bigger and stronger, are now collectively referred to as the Great Wall.[4] Especially famous is the wall built between 220–206 BC by the first Emperor of China. Other purposes of the Great Wall have included border controls, allowing the imposition of duties on goods transported along the Silk Road, regulation or encouragement of trade and the control of immigration and emigration. A comprehensive archaeological survey, using advanced technologies, has concluded that the Ming walls measure 8,850 km. This is made up of 6,259 km sections of actual wall, 359 km of trenches and 2,232 km  of natural defensive barriers such as hills and rivers.

Petra
Petra is a historical and archaeological city in the southern Jordanian governorate of Ma'an that is famous for its rock-cut architecture and water conduit system. Another name for Petra is the Rose City due to the color of the stone out of which it is carved. Established possibly as early as 312 BCE as the capital city of the Nabataeans, it is a symbol of Jordan, as well as Jordan's most-visited tourist attraction. It lies on the slope of Jebel al-Madhbah in a basin among the mountains which form the eastern flank of Arabah, the large valley running from the Dead Sea to the Gulf of Aqaba.

Christ the Redeemer
Christ the Redeemer is a statue of Jesus Christ in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, considered the largest Art Deco statue in the world. It is 30 metres (98 ft) tall, not including its 8 metres (26 ft) pedestal, and its arms stretch 28 metres (92 ft) wide. It weighs 635 tonnes (625 long, 700 short tons), and is located at the peak of the 700-metre (2,300 ft) Corcovado mountain in the Tijuca Forest National Park overlooking the city. A symbol of Brazilian Christianity, the statue has become an icon for Rio de Janeiro and Brazil. It is made of reinforced concrete and soapstone, and was constructed between 1922 and 1931.

Machu Picchu
Machu Pikchu  is a 15th-century Inca site located 2,430 metres (7,970 ft) above sea level. It is located in the Cusco Region, Urubamba Province, Machupicchu District in Peru. It is situated on a mountain ridge above the Sacred Valley which is 80 kilometres (50 mi) northwest of Cusco and through which the Urubamba River flows. Most archaeologists believe that Machu Picchu was built as an estate for the Inca emperor Pachacuti (1438–1472). Often mistakenly referred to as the "Lost City of the Incas", it is perhaps the most familiar icon of Inca civilization.

Chichen Itza
Chichen Itza was a large pre-Columbian city built by the Maya people of the Post Classic. The archaeological site is located in the municipality of Tinum, in the Mexican state of Yucatán. Chichen Itza was a major focal point in the northern Maya lowlands from the Late Classic (c. AD 600–900) through the Terminal Classic (c.AD 800–900) and into the early portion of the Early Postclassic period (c. AD 900–1200). The site exhibits a multitude of architectural styles, reminiscent of styles seen in central Mexico and of the Puuc and Chenes styles of the northern Maya lowlands. Chichen Itza was one of the largest Maya cities and it was likely to have been one of the mythical great cities.

Colosseum
The Colosseum or Coliseum is an elliptical amphitheatre in the centre of the city of Rome, Italy. Built of concrete and stone, it was the largest amphitheatre of the Roman Empire, and is considered one of the greatest works of Roman architecture and engineering. It is the largest amphitheatre in the world. The Colosseum is situated just east of the Roman Forum. Construction began under the emperor Vespasian in 70 AD, and was completed in 80 AD under his successor and heir Titus. Further modifications were made during the reign of Domitian (81–96). These three emperors are known as the Flavian dynasty, and the amphitheatre was named in Latin for its association with their family name. The Colosseum could hold, it is estimated, between 50,000 and 80,000 spectators, and was used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles such as mock sea battles, animal hunts, executions, re-enactments of famous battles, and dramas based on Classical mythology. The building ceased to be used for entertainment in the early medieval era. It was later reused for such purposes as housing, workshops, quarters for a religious order, a fortress, a quarry, and a Christian shrine.

Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal is a white marble mausoleum located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal is widely recognized as "the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage". Taj Mahal is regarded by many as the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Islamic, Persian, Ottoman Turkish and Indian architectural styles. While the white domed marble mausoleum is the most familiar component of the Taj Mahal, it is actually an integrated complex of structures. The construction began around 1632 and was completed around 1653, employing thousands of artisans and craftsmen. The construction of the Taj Mahal was entrusted to a board of architects under imperial supervision, including Abd ul-Karim Ma'mur Khan, Makramat Khan, and Ustad Ahmad Lahauri.

Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Patel are said to have held the view that the INC was formed only for achieving independence and should have been disbanded in 1947.Social policy of the INC is officially based upon the Gandhian principle of Sarvodaya.

Essay on Should Women Works

Now a days, it is very common that mothers are going outside to work.

In this society women gets the same status as that of man and women are no where inferior to men, so they are also playing a major role in building our society.

The mother is the person who is next to god in this heavenly world.

She is the person who takes care of her children and shape their future and reproduce the perfect citizens of our country.

So they are few people who think that she might not spare enough time to the family due to which neglegence of children and husband might take place. This indirectly effects the relationship between husband and wife, children and mother.

I believe that women should work because our world is changing very fast and rapidly so we must accustom to the changing order, what is the use if the women is well educated and she is making herself locked behind the doors and living only for the family.

I strongly think that she should come out of the well and see the world and impart her knowledge to others and make them enlightened.

We think in a broader sense we can know that women should not only shape up the family but also the nation, for which both women and men should play constructively to prosper our nation .
